Write an example of what are been discussed in
a.
First Scrum Planning meeting
- describes the highest priority features to the
team. The team asks enough questions that they can turn a high-level user story
of the product backlog into the more detailed tasks of the sprint backlog.
- Estimate the duration to complete backlog item.
b.
Daily meeting
- what each person accomplished yesterday and will accomplish today, the team gains an excellent understanding of what work has been done and what work remains.
- What did you do yesterday?
- What will you do today?
- Are there any impediments in your way?
c.
Review meeting
- shows what they accomplished during the
sprint.
- takes the form of a demo of the new features.
d.
Retrospective meeting
- Start items would be something that the team
would like to add to their process e.g. Start coming on time for project
meetings.
- Stop items would be something that the team no
longer wants to do e.g. stop checking themes without themes review.
- Continue items will be something team wants to
continue doing in future e.g. Continue having daily stand-ups.
