i.                 Create Initial Product Backlog
ii.                List the ideas of whom to do what (user stories) based on Initial Product backlog
iii.               Based on user stories, determine the List of Product Backlog by priorities.
iv.               Planning your List of Sprints and the sprints duration.

vi.  Write an example of what are been discussed in
a.      First Scrum Planning meeting
-        Decide product owner, scrum master and team members.
-        Assign tasks among the members.
-        Determine sprints duration.

b.      Daily meeting
-        Each team give report about their tasks.
-        Ask for feedback.
-        Ask for advice from each other.

c.      Review meeting
-        Assess all task in sprint if they are completed.
-        Implement the incomplete task in a new sprint.
-        Review sprint result with product owner, scrum master and team members.

d.      Retrospective meeting
-        Analyze collected data.
-        Do research to improve.
