            -Khaliq estimated the budget that needed.

        2. Research venues
            - Anbukarasee went to make surveys to search for the best venue to launch the wedding.

       3. Determine possible dates
           - Khaliq arrange the date and set the perfect date for everyone                                                      to attend the wedding.
    
        4.Have an engagement photo shoot
          - Arif search for the place to photo shoot.
     
        5.Start the guest list
          - Khaliq list all the guest that are invited before.
      
        6.Reserve your date and venues
          - Anbukarasee and Zainab reserve the date and venue that                                   
            will be picked for the wedding.
     
        7.Invite people to be in your wedding party
           - Khaliq invited people to be in the wedding.
       
        8.Research vendors (photographers, bands, florists, caterers, bakers, etc.)
           - Arif picked the best vendor to make the wedding run smoothly.
     
        9.Arrange for caterer tastings, book a caterer
           - Khaliq take Pak Itam Catering for the wedding party.
    
      10.Hire the photographer and videographer
           -Arif take Acis PhotoShoot as the wedding photographer and videographer.
     
       11.Purchase rings
           - Anbukarasee buy ring from Poh Kong.
     
       12.Purchase wedding attire, schedule fittings
           - Arif buy wedding attire from Jakel.
     
       13.Finalize guest list
           - Khaliq finalize the guest list.
     
       14.Select and order the cake
           - Arif order the cake for the wedding from Mom’s Bakery.
    
      15.Finalize the day of schedule

a)      First Scrum Planning meeting
-        The product owner prepares for the meeting by reviewing the most important tasks from the top of the wedding backlog and sharing them with the Scrum Master.
b)     Daily meeting
-        Review backlog and discuss the tasks progress, what we need to do today, what happen yesterday and what should do tomorrow.
-        Daily achievement
c)      Review meeting
-        Discuss overall planning and what we accomplished during the sprint.
d)     Retrospective meeting
-        Discuss how we can complete the task in current sprint
-        The scrum team and product owner will discuss about upcoming planning.
